Optional Practical Training for International StudentsWhat is OPT?Optional Practical Training is a period during which undergraduate and graduate students with F-1 status who have completed or have been pursuing their degrees for more than three months are permitted by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services to work for one year on a student visa towards getting practical training to complement their education.

What we offer?The Online Music Guild is willing to hire for up to 20 hours per week to validate the status of international students in the United States legally. We are looking for musicians that are seeking to perform in venues. The condition is that they have to do it through the Online Music Guild. We will not take commissions for the gigs you book for yourself.
What we ask for? Obviously we have specific requirements to sponsor your OPT. Here are some of the basic requirements that we need to get started:
1 - A clear record of the performances done per week.
2 - One weekly blog article on a topic related to classical music.
3 - Willing to deliver lessons online to potential OMG students.
4 - Willing to make instruction courses for automated lessons.
