The Online Music Guild and Keeney Bros present: Michael Heitmann (Baritone) accompanied by Eugene Cline, playing his signature recital "Love in the time of Tinder". Currently Michael Heitman is a Seattle established singer.
Along the performance, we will be showcasing the art of Tom Garfield as we serve a fine selection of wines to be paired with the music and the art on display. For a fuller experience of the evening, VIP tickets are available and they include:

Love in the Time of Tinder is a recital exploring 21st century love through classical vocal music. It uses arias and songs from the classical vocal repertoire (many of which are translated into modern English) plus some musical theatre, as well as some stand up comedy to show that the only thing different between now and previous generations is the dating app.
Michael Heitmann's recent engagements include Coyote/Frog/Tayil in Seattle Opera's production of Our Earth, and Rambaldo Fernandez in La Rondine with Puget Sound Concert Opera, Ben in The Telephone and Hortensius in The Daughter of the Regiment with Northwest Opera in the Schools, etc..., Bello in La fanciulla del West with Opera Coeur d'Alene, Jesus Christ in The Testament of Paul with Seattle Ensign Symphony and Chorus creating the role of Charles Saint-Evremond in the world premiere of Jay Hamilton's The Map and being a soloist for Opera On Tap - Seattle. Next spring he will make his debut with Tacoma Opera as Don Pedro in La Perichole and return to Seattle Opera to sing Prince Pablo in Cinderella en España. A regular concert and recital performer, he recently performed solo recitals entitled In Times of War and Murica, as well as duet recitals Heroes and Villains, Tale of Three Cities, and Low Riders for Groupmuse. He has been a soloist in Fauré's Requieum, and J.S. Bach's BWV 56 and 158 with St. Mary Magdalen Parish, Handel's Messiah with Trinity Episcopal Church, Beethoven's Symphony no. 9 and Jesus Christ in The Testament of Paul with Seattle Ensign Symphony and Chorus, Schubert's Mass in G Major with the University of Idaho, J. S. Bach's Johannes-Passion with the Palouse Choral Society, Argento's The Andrée Expedition, and J. S. Bach's Cantata 145 at the Idaho Bach Festival. As an Emerging Artist he debuted as Toymaker in The Toy Shop and subsequently was Marullo in Rigoletto, and Father/Sandman in Hansel and Gretel with Opera Coeur d'Alene. Internationally, he was Count Almaviva and Antonio in Le nozze di Figaro with Vancouver Summer Opera Studio in Canada, and Agamemnon in La belle Hélène with Franco-American Vocal Academy in France. During his educational training at the University of Idaho and Brigham Young University-Idaho he was Top in The Tender Land, Danilo in The Merry Widow, Bartolo in The Marriage of Figaro, Sergeant in The Pirates of Penzance, and Pish-Tush in The Mikado.
